1) Initial Meeting
First and foremost, it is important for us to meet with you and identify your overall
building requirements such as; your time frame to build, proposed budget, and uncover
which features are important to you in your new home. We will answer your questions
and offer the home building solutions personalized to fit your needs.
2) Home site Evaluation
Our build on your lot consultants will assess environmental site conditions on your home site,
determine the best placement for your home and help uncover unforeseen costs down the road.
If you don't have a lot yet, Jimmy Jacobs Homes also offers individual lot assistance to help
you find the lot and location for you.
3) In-House Plan Design
Our in-house architectural design department will help you customize one of our signature plans to fit your needs.
4) Plan Review & Commitment
Once the plan design established, you will have the opportunity to review and refine the details of
your home until completion. Once finalized, you may review and sign the construction contract.
5) Interior Selections, Construction & Completion
Once you decide to build with us, you will work closely with our interior designers to find
the signature touch to transform you house into your home. You also will be assigned a custom
home builder, who will oversee your home and walk you through the construction process, from
pre-construction meeting to final walk through.
